Terms and Conditions :- Payment / Delivery / Returns.

How do I make a payment ?

Sparkles Jewellery accepts payment for all major credit cards via Paypal and Google Checkout our secure payment processing partners.

We also accept payment by cheque and postal order, but please be aware that goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.

Delivery:-

Orders are sent out 1^st Class, via Royal Mail within 2 working days of item’s being paid for.

Returns Policy:-

If your product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sparkles Jewellery, you can return your purchase within 7 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange (if item / items are still in stock) or a refund.

Sparkles Jewellery will only refund money paid for the items that are returned in it’s original and unused condition along with the original box or packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns for pierced earrings, other than if they are damaged or defective.

All refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the cost of the postage. A refund will be made to your account via the payment provider you used to pay for the goods.

A cheque refund will be paid, if you paid by cheque.

Postage : -

The first item you order only cost’s £1.50 and each extra item only 50p per item. (This excludes Tiaras which are charged at £2.50 for the first Tiara and then only 50p for each extra item).
